At Computer-Mark our philosophy is to ensure our customers receive the most service for their dollar through honesty and flexibility. If you would rather learn how to handle your own computer or network problems, we will focus on assisting you with your solutions. If you haven't got the time or patience to spend on solving computer or network problems, we can solve them quickly and efficiently for you. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about your computer or network. You can count on us to let you know of any pending problems that could have an effect your computer or network's smooth operation now or in the future. We will also let you know when it is time to upgrade your hardware and or software and offer the most reasonable methods of implementation to integrate these changes most effectively.

We aren't here to sell you on a new computer

While we have the capability to build a computer to suit any needs it is not our primary function. We are more inclined to repair the issues that you are having with your computer than try to sell you a new one. We repair hardware, software, desktop computers or laptop computers as well as many electronics repairs. While there is no problem that we cannot solve with your computer, there is a point where cost may exceed the value of the existing hardware/software configuration. We will be sure to let you know as far ahead as possible if the costs are likely to exceed the value of your system. We also do our part to recycle old systems that exceed repair value.

We have solutions for most any computer situation from a small single computer household, to hundreds of computers in a network, to complicated laboratory instruments that are patched through computer systems for data collection or automation. No job is too small

We have solutions to help with everyday problems such as viruses, spy ware, and malicious code. Links are provided on the Hardware & Software Conflict Resolution page to offer some self help options to these menaces as well as some key sites that IT professionals look to for resolutions. If the self help method is too intimidating or time consuming for your convenience we will take on any job large or small. We will take care of any problems that may arise.

We also specialize in migrating key information from one computer to another computer so email addresses, files and special configuration settings are not lost. In some cases we can even get the Operating System and Programs to relocate to new hardware.

Is your data important to you? We can provide many data backup and restore solutions so you can be confident that your data is secure from disasters. We specialize in finding the most cost effective methods of keeping your data safe.

We are doing our part to help promote proper recycling of hazardous waste that is so abundant in and around the computer field by paying to have all waste materials properly recycled with fully traceable EPA certified recycling paths. We can recycle most computers for little or no charge. We can properly dispose of old CRT monitors for $15.00 each up to 17" $18.00 each for 18"-22", Old printers under 45 lbs $12.00 each, 45-75 lbs 32.00 each.
