• Microsoft Windows: From Windows 3.1 to Windows XP We can teach all of the basics, using Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Windows Media Player, sharing internet connections, file and printer sharing, to advanced driver and hardware installation.
• Microsoft Outlook: We can train you and or your staff how to setup email, use email, use calendar, contacts, notes, tasks, interface with watches,  PDAs, and other programs, etc.
• Microsoft Word:  We can offer training that ranges from beginning word processing to advanced page layout to variable data merging and more. We can also train for specific needs and offer efficient workflow methods.

• Microsoft Publisher: We can train from basic greeting cards to complex flyers. to full book layouts.
• Microsoft Access:  From a simple music inventory to maintaining all aspects of your business using a relational database. We will train you how to do the basics and find answers for more complex tasks.
• Microsoft FrontPage: We can teach you how to make a simple basic web page, a table based web page, a frame based web site. We can also teach how to publish and maintain a web site on the web.
• Microsoft Office: The above listed programs are all part of the Microsoft Office Suite (except Windows). We can teach how to use and integrate all of the programs together or just the programs that are important to you or your organization.
• Microsoft Visio: We show to create a design layout, how to select and use objects, create flow charts, make floor plans, make network diagrams, make room layouts and more!

• Adobe Acrobat: We teach how to use Acrobat to scan and import documents into Acrobat and save as portable document files (pdf). We also teach how modify existing pdf files and integrate with other programs.
