At Computer-Mark our philosophy is to ensure our customers receive the most service for their dollar through honesty and flexibility. If you would rather learn how to handle your own computer or network problems, we will focus on assisting you with your solutions. If you haven't got the time or patience to spend on solving computer or network problems, we can solve them quickly and efficiently for you. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about your computer or network. You can count on us to let you know of any pending problems that could have an effect your computer or network's smooth operation now or in the future. We will also let you know when it is time to upgrade your hardware and or software and offer the most reasonable methods of implementation to integrate these changes most effectively.

We aren't here to sell you on a new computer

While we have the capability to build a computer to suit any needs it is not our primary function. We are more inclined to repair the issues that you are having with your computer than try to sell you a new one. We repair hardware, software, desktop computers or laptop computers as well as many electronics repairs. While there is no problem that we cannot solve with your computer, there is a point where cost may exceed the value of the existing hardware/software configuration. We will be sure to let you know as far ahead as possible if the costs are likely to exceed the value of your system. We now offer in tower upgrades for towers that can accommodate new hardware (most of them). We also do our part to recycle old systems that exceed repair value.

If the self help method is too intimidating or time consuming for your convenience we will take on any job large or small. We will take care of any problems that may arise.

Unusual services and upgrades

We also specialize in upgrading hardware using existing components if possible and also migrating the operating system and programs to the new hardware. We also can migrate key information from one computer to another computer so email addresses, files and special configuration settings are not lost. In most cases we can even get the Operating System and Programs to relocate to new hardware together.

Recycling Service

We are doing our part to help promote proper recycling of hazardous waste that is so abundant in and around the computer field by paying to have all waste materials properly recycled with fully traceable EPA certified recycling paths. We recycle most computers and peripherals at competitive  rates. We can properly dispose of Computer towers at $12.00 each old CRT monitors for $18.00 each up to 17" $20.00 each for 18"-22", Old printers under 45 lbs $12.00 each, 45-75 lbs $33.00 each.
